Understanding Your Dental Insurance

Dental insurance differs from medical insurance, and coverage depends on the plan negotiated between your employer and the insurance provider. We encourage you to review your benefits booklet for details on your specific coverage.

As a courtesy, we provide an estimated insurance coverage amount at the time of treatment based on available information. However, this estimate is not a guarantee of payment. While we submit insurance claims on your behalf, financial responsibility ultimately remains with the patient. Any difference between the estimated and actual payment will be billed or credited accordingly.
